- Made of polypropylene with a mineral load with special ANTIBACTERIALtreatment because it is a type of plastic resistant to shocks, washed in industrial dishwashers and used for intensive daily use.
- Stackable bowl with no internal grooves for ease of cleaning and an anti-settling system to prevent them from creating a vacuum with each other.
- Equipped with a flat bottom for better transmission for thermo contact trolleys.
- Possibility of using with lids ref .: 1610024 and 1010210.
- Less weight than those made of porcelain.
- Virtually unbreakable if used correctly.
- Suitable for use in dishwashers and for heating in microwaves.
- It does not initially transmit temperature variations to the food it contains.
- Will withstand temperatures between -20º and 140º.
