Description
TECHNICAL DETAILS
- Standard trolley for Euronorm 1/1 (530 x 370 mm) and Euronorm ½ (370 x 265 mm) trays, as well as Gastronorm (530 x 325 mm) and Gastronorm ½ (325 x 265 mm) trays.
- Features a frame with a capacity for 10 insulated trays or 20 breakfast trays.
- Robust yet the lightest on the market.
- Structure made of 20 x 20 mm square tubing and a base of 100 x 40 mm rectangular tubing, using certified quality AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Inset runners made of durable grey polypropylene prevent friction wear from the trays and facilitate maintenance or replacement; they are flexible and absorb impacts from daily use. The runners interlock via a stepped design to prevent water, moisture, or debris from entering the connection points. The runners feature a stop mechanism to prevent trays from sliding out.
- Swivel casters (125 mm diameter, non-marking) are bolted to a rectangular platform and feature double bearings—one on the axle and one in the housing.
- Angle runner dimensions: 65 mm (length) x 40 mm (height) x 2.5 mm (thickness).
- Stainless steel welds made using the TIG electric welding system.
- “H”-shaped design allows for easy, space-saving storage when not in use.
