TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Standard trolley for 1/1 Euronorm trays (530 x 265 mm) and ½ Euronorm trays. (370 x 265mm). It has two bodies
  with capacity for 24 isothermal trays or 48 breakfast trays. Robust but the lightest on the market.
• Structure made of 20 x 20 mm square tube. and the base in rectangular tube of 100 x 40 mm. AISi 304
  certified quality stainless steel.
• Guides embedded in resistant gray polypropylene to prevent wear with the trays due to friction and easy to
  maintain or replace, they are flexible and cushion the blows they may receive from use. The guides are
  embedded, with each other, by means of a step in a positive way to prevent water from entering between the
  connections of these, preventing humidity and that some type of rest can be measured. The guides have a
  stop that prevents them from slipping.
• Wheels mounted on a rectangular platform with screws and swivel of 125 mm. in diameter with a double
  bearing, one on the axis and the other on the support, not marked.
• Dimensions of angled guides of 65 mm. (length) x 40mm. (height) x 2.5mm. (thickness) and stainless steel
  welds. by TIG electrical system.
• It has an “H” shape which makes it very easy to store when empty, saving space.
